My journey into the world of fibre did not begin with spinning, but with crochet.
With a single thread and a single hook I learned to build shapes, to bring stitches, weaves and intertwining to life.
It was the first language of my hands, the one that taught me patience, precision and the joy of creating.
Then came the need to go beyond the ready-made thread.
And so I came to dyeing: the encounter with colours, with flowers, with plants and roots.
Every colour bath became a dialogue between matter, water and time, an experience that makes every skein unique and unrepeatable.
The next step was spinning, with the hypnotic rhythm of the wheel or the spindle, where the raw fibre learns the discipline of twist.
To spin means to take part in an ancient gesture, handed down through generations, and to feel that every thread carries deep memories within it.
my commitment
I believe in a craft that respects nature and its rhythms.
Wool is a natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre, and working it by hand means enhancing it without waste.
Every skein is born with the idea that it will serve to create a garment that can stand the test of time, promoting a more mindful way of producing and living, where tradition, quality and respect for the planet are woven together in every thread.
